Garmin HRM-Dual is a reliable and comfortable heart rate belt that provides accurate real-time heart rate data. It transmits data via both ANT+® and Bluetooth® Low Energy, making it easy to connect to your compatible Garmin devices like watches and bike computers, to selected fitness equipment, and training apps like Zwift. Whether you are training indoors, outdoors, or online, you get precise heart rate data that helps you optimize your training.

The belt is made with a soft, adjustable strap that ensures a good fit and high comfort even during long training sessions. When the heart rate monitor is detached, the strap can be hand washed with lukewarm water, so you can easily keep it clean and fresh.

Note: HRM-Dual does not support Running Dynamics (running data like stride length, ground contact, etc.) and is not suitable for swimming.
