Garmin Vivofit 4 is a 24/7 activity tracker that will keep track of your daily activities and much more. Vivofit 4 is Garmin's most basic activity tracker and is easy to operate using the large button below the screen. Vivofit 4 has up to 1 year of battery life and requires no charging during this time. 

Vivofit 4 automatically detects steps, distance, calories burned, sleep detection and gets to know your level of activity by adjusting the next day's step goal based on current steps. Vivofit 4 has an activity indicator that detects if you have been inactive for too long and notifies you when it is time to move - you can reset the activity indicator by a few minutes. 

Personalize your Vivofit 4 by customizing the color screen with color themes, dials and text, or by changing the strap. Vivofit 4 comes with a bright transflective 8-color memory-in-pixel color display (MIP) that is always on and can be seen in sunlight. 

The Garmin Vivofit 4 is waterproof to 50 meters (waterproofness classification 50 ATM), and can be worn in baths, swimming pools or the ocean. 

With Garmin's online universe - Garmin Connect, Vivofit 4 will regularly sync to your smartphone when devices are within proximity, allowing you to save, share, schedule your activities and engage in daily challenges with your friends. The Garmin Vivofit 4 has TrueUp, which means that the device at the same time merges activity data from other devices during synchronization, so steps, distance etc. is not recorded twice if you have multiple Garmin devices. 

ACTIVITY   

The Garmin Vivofit 4 comes with the Garmin Move IQ motion detector, which automatically detects your activity such as running, walking, swimming or cycling and classifies your activity with one of these sports. The Garmin Vivofit 4 has a built-in accelerometer that automatically measures the distance of indoor running, walking, stepping or cycling.

With Vivofit 4 you get many different everyday tools that make everyday life easier. Use the weather forecast widget to see what the day brings. Set an alarm in Garmin Connect that sends an alarm tone to the device or set a timer directly on Vivofit 4 to give you a reminder. 

Can't find your phone in the sports bag or at home? Garmin Vivofit 4 can find it for you by sending an alarm to the phone via the Garmin Connect App.   

CHALLENGE YOUR CHILDREN 

With the Garmin Vivofit 4, you can use the Toe-to-Toe feature and challenge your kids to a competition in steps. Vivofit 4 can automatically connect to your child's Vivofit JR. 2, if it is located nearby, or another Vivofit 4. When the devices have found each other through the Toe-to-Toe step function, the competition can commence. When the competition is over, you can see the total number of steps under challenges and see who won. 

GARMIN CONNECT 

Garmin Connect is Garmin's online service that gathers all your data into a clear and easy-to-use platform. Garmin Connect is more than just a focal point for all your Garmin units and training. Connect to your friends and compete in challenges and share everyday successes on social media. 

Garmin Connect is available for both smartphone and PC. Via the built-in Bluetooth on Vivfit 4, all data can automatically be synchronized to your smartphone - daily activities, sleep rhythm and sport activities.
