RETURNS

We offer 180-day return policy. You can return any unworn item back, for only £ 6.90 using our return label provided from our website, within 180 days of the delivery date.
Products must be returned in their original packaging (unless its a complaint).

Products cannot show signs of having been used, cannot have stains, be damaged or smell. When you return an item to runningXpert.com, we ask you to protect the original packaging when shipping.

The packaging of the product must be protected for shipping by fx. a parcel bag, cardboard box, etc.
It's the customer's own responsibility to return the package safely by post, just like its the customer's responsibility to get a receipt for the return delivery from the carrier.

Exchanges

• Exchanges are completely free – both the return shipping and delivery of your new order are free of charge.
• As soon as you create an exchange, you will receive a voucher equal to the amount paid for the item. This voucher must be used to place a new order, which will be dispatched once we have received and processed your returned item.
• The voucher can be used for any item of your choice.
• When returning an item to RunningXpert, please do not use the item's original packaging as outer shipping packaging. Protect the original packaging during transit using a mailing bag, cardboard box, or similar.
• Please note: If you change your mind and prefer a standard return instead, you can easily do so. However, the standard return fee of £ 6.90 will be deducted.
• Remember to request a receipt when dropping off your package.
  
  

Refunds

You can register your return here.

• It is optional how you send the item back to us. If you use our return label from our website, it costs you £ 6.90 which we deduct from your return order. (claims are free of charge)
• If you send the package with a different shipping label, it is important that you send it to our address in Denmark.
• The money will be refunded to the payment method used to pay for the product originally.
• The refund will be processed when we receive your return parcel in Denmark.
• Your money will be refunded within 2-5 working days - MasterCard up to 30 days.
• A return takes approximately 5-6 business days to arrive in Denmark 

Complaints

You can enlist your complaint here.

• We will process your complaint within 1-3 working days after receiving the parcel.
• If your complaint is approved, we will exchange the product as long as stock lasts.
• All complaints for Garmin products sent to runningXpert.com, is processed by Garmin Nordic and you can therefore expect extra processing time.
• A return takes approximately 5-6 business days to arrive in Denmark 

Cancellation

• You can cancel your order here
• If your order has already been picked and packed, unfortunately we cannot cancel your order. In this case, you can exercise your right of withdrawal and return your order after receiving it.
