• Products must be returned in their original packaging (unless its a complaint).
  • Products cannot show signs of having been used, cannot have stains, be damaged or smell. When you return an item to, we ask you not to use the original packaging as packaging for shipping.
  • The packaging of the product must be protected for shipping by i.e. a parcel bag, cardboard box, etc..
  • Its the customer´s own responsibility to return the package safely by post, just like its the customer´s responsibility to get a receipt for the return delivery from the carrier.

  • The money will be refunded for the credit card used to pay for the product originally
  • Your money will be refunded within 2-5 working days – MasterCard up to 30 days.

  • We will process your complaint within 1-3 working days after receiving it
  • If your complaint is approved, we will exchange the product as long as stock lasts
  • All complaints for Garmin products sent to, is processed by Garmin Nordic and you can therefore expect extra processing time.
