The tongue on the shoe is somewhat thick fits well on the ankle. In this new upper, Saucony's FORMFIT system proves itself and provides a perfect feeling when stepping into the running shoe.
The Saucony Guide 14's midsole material features the highly recognised PWRRUN material, which provides a sense of comfort during your entire run. For you that needs support on the inside, the Saucony Guide 14 has a TPU guidance frame that supports the inside. In this pronation running shoe, you overlook the support at first, but it is there. It proves that it is a fantastic pronation running shoe.
The outsole on the Saucony Guide 14 is made of rubber using Saucony's TRIFLEX design. It is incredibly durable and skid-proof, and many kilometres are waiting ahead before the outsole gets worn out.
