Measure the length of your foot
Here's how you do it
- Place a piece of paper on the floor with one edge lined up against a wall.
- Then place your foot on top of the paper, with your heel lined up against the wall.
- Make a mark at your longest toe and then measure the distance from the mark to the edge of the paper.
- Then add 1 to 1.5 cm to your measured length (depending on how much room you want).

Saucony Ride 17 is a neutral volume training shoe, which in this version has been significantly upgraded in quality from its predecessor. Ride 17 is an uncomplicated, energetic, and lightweight volume training shoe, pampered with a generous amount of PWRRUN+ foam in the midsole, elevating the shoe to an unprecedented high level. Ride 17 has an 8mm drop (35mm/27mm), in a lightweight package. The upper is made of a breathable mesh, with extra large holes on the side for air flow. The outsole is made of XT-900 which has been very successful on many of Saucony's other running shoes.
