FITNESS, RUNNING AND CYCLING

Vivosport is your best workout partner for training. Vivosport features a host of preloaded fitness activities such as treadmill, walking, step and strength training.

RUNNING, TREADMILL AND WALKING

The running and walking function can be used both outdoors and indoors. Simply select the activity and the watch asks whether it is an outdoor or indoor activity. When using the outdoor running and walking activity, the watch activates the GPS. It takes a moment and Vivosport has found the GPS signal and you can start. The watch has a built-in accelerometer, which can measure your distance and speed during training on a treadmill. No matter where you train, the watch will provide you with information on time, distance, steps, heart rate, heart rate zones, and steps.

FITNESS, STRENGTH TRAINING AND CARDIO

Vivosport automatically counts your repetitions and you can control the rest time between your sets. The activity tracker also provides you with time, calories, and heart rate information. If you are doing cardio training, Vivosport first asks if it is indoors or outdoors - it's easy and smart!

CYCLING

Vivosport has a preloaded cycling function. The watch functions as your bike computer, where it measures distance, time, speed, calories, heart rate, and altitude through the built-in barometric altimeter.

SMART NOTIFICATIONS

Vivsport is a smartwatch. This means you get a variety of different widgets on the watch – all pre-installed. Keep your smartphone connected via bluetooth and it automatically sends weather, calls, and SMS onto the watch. Garmin Vivosport also has music control, which allows you to change tracks and start/stop the music. 

GARMIN CONNECT

Garmin Connect is Garmin's online service, which collects all your data in a clear and user-friendly platform. Garmin Connect is more than just a meeting point for all your Garmin devices and workouts. Garmin Connect is available for both smartphone and PC. Via Bluetooth in Vivosport, all data can be automatically synchronized to your smartphone – daily activity, sports activities.

FIND MY PHONE / WATCH

If you can't find your phone, the watch helps you to locate it. Start Find Phone on the watch, and it sends a message to the phone with an alarm. If you can't find your watch in the sports bag or at home, you can do it from the Garmin Connect App – that's smart!

Learn to navigate with the touch-sensitive screen. Vivosport has no buttons, so with one finger you can navigate through all the menus. Press and hold, double click, or swipe up and down on the screen - it doesn't get easier than that.
