If you are doing a half marathon or marathon, then it’s a really good idea not to dehydrate. In order not to dehydrate it’s a really good idea to use all the water stations along the route.
But ingesting fluids at the water stations can be difficult. How do you get the fluids into your mouth without spilling the water? Should you drink while you are running or stop? And are there any great tricks for ingesting fluids during a race?
I intend to find out.
Therefore I am going to test three different techniques for drinking at the water station.
