Can I return used items?

Within the first 14 days of the right of cancellation, you can return the item even though it has been used. In this case you risk having to pay for a potential loss of value of the item. The loss of value is determined by RunningXpert.com and how much RunningXpert.com can make by reselling the item.

You are only liable to possible losses in value caused by other kinds of handling than what is required to determine the nature and abilities of the item and the how the item works. In other words, you can try the item in the same way that you would in a store.
If the item has been used in other ways than described, we determine it as a used item, which means that you only receive a part of or none of the sum in return, depending on the sales value of the item, when you return the item. To receive the full sum in return, you are allowed to do the same things as in a store. You can try the item but you may not use it.

It is optional how you send the item back to us. If you use our return label from our website, it costs you €5.50, which we deduct from your return order. If you send the package with a different shipping label, it is important that you send it to our address in Denmark.
