Returns

We offer 180-day return policy. You can return any unworn item back to us free of charce within 180 days from the delivery date.
Products must be returned in their original packaging (unless its a complaint).

Products cannot show signs of having been used, cannot have stains, be damaged or smell. When you return an item to runningXpert.com, we ask you not to use the original packaging as packaging for shipping.

The packaging of the product must be protected for shipping by i.e. a parcel bag, cardboard box, etc.
It's the customer's own responsibility to return the package safely by post, just like its the customer's responsibility to get a receipt for the return delivery from the carrier.

Refunds

You can register your return here.

• It is optional how you send the item back to us. If you use our return label from our website, it costs you 7.50 € which we deduct from your return order. (claims are free of charge)
• If you send the package with a different shipping label, it is important that you send it to our address in Denmark.
• The money will be refunded for the credit card used to pay for the product originally.
• The refund will be processed when we receive your return parcel in Denmark.
• Your money will be refunded within 2-5 working days - MasterCard up to 30 days.

Complaints

You can enlist your complaint here.

• We will process your complaint within 1-3 working days after receiving it.
• If your complaint is approved, we will exchange the product as long as stock lasts.
• All complaints for Garmin products sent to runningXpert.com, is processed by Garmin Nordic and you can therefore expect extra processing time.
