How do I get my money back?

When a return order is approved, your refund will be taken to the credit card, used for your purchase. 

If you use our return label from our website, it costs you €5.50 which we deduct from your return order. Claims are returned free of charge.

If you send the package with a different shipping label, it is important that you send it to our address in Denmark.
