How should I return the parcel?

It is up to the customer which way you return the item. 

It is important that you ask for a receipt when you deliver the return parcel in a DPD parcel shop.. If you return an item without postage to RunningXpert.com, then it may take longer to service it, since we only receive parcels once a week.

It is optional how you send the item back to us. If you use our return label from our website, it costs you €6.50, which we deduct from your return order. If you send the package with a different shipping label, it is important that you send it to our address in Denmark.
