What is the length of my right of cancellation?

You must return your items within 180 days after you have received the items or tell RunningXpert.com that you wish to return them. After telling us, you have 14 days to return the items.

Regarding specially made items, the right of cancellation is void insofar as the customer has actively accepted this before the start of the production.
