It is suggested to charge the watch after a few days, so your Fitbit Charge 4 never runs out of power. 

Swimming

The Fitbit watch is water resistant up to 50 metres. So, you can easily swim and shower wearing your watch. It is, however, recommended to dry the watch when it has been exposed to water, as it is best for your skin when the band is clean and dry.

Also, remember to take off the watch every now and then, especially if you have been sweating in it, in order to let the watch dry before putting it back on.
