How quickly is my return order processed?

It is optional how you send the item back to us. If you use our return label from our website, it costs you £ 6.90 which we deduct from your return order. (claims are free of charge)
The money will be refunded to the payment method used to pay for the product originally.
The refund will be processed when we receive your return parcel in Denmark.
Your money will be refunded within 2-5 working days - MasterCard up to 30 days.
A return takes approximately 5-6 business days to arrive in Denmark
