At www.RunningXpert.com orders can be made online. Deliveries take up to one week. Should the delivery be delayed, then we send you an e-mail as quickly as possible. When both a normal and a slow item have been ordered, both items are sent at the same time. All prices on www.RunningXpert.com are stated in EUR incl. VAT. All prices are day prices and are continuously updated.

To make a purchase at www.RunningXpert.com you need to do the following steps:
1) Find the item or items that you want and add them to the cark. You can always view the contents of the cart by clicking on the cart icon at the top right corner of the screen.
2) Adjust your order if you need to and proceed by pressing “Proceed to check out.”
3) Enter your personal details.
If you have purchased anything before and created an account, then you can log in by using your mail address and the password you chose the last time.
4) Add a comment to the order if needed.
5) Make sure that all the information is correct. You can now edit the order and the delivery and invoice address or addresses. Read and accept our terms of conditions and approve the order.
6) Pay by entering the payment details in the payment tab.

If you pay with Mastercard or a debit card, then the sum is reserved on your account before RunningXpert.com draws the money. If you cancel the order, you risk that your money is not freed till 30 days after the order was placed. In the attempt to fight credit card abuse, we have implemented the 3D Secure validation when you pay by card. This means that you receive a message with a code that you must enter together with the card information. If you have not already added your card to the 3D Secure, then you will meet a validation process the first time you attempt to buy an item. You only need to do this once, and from then on your card will be added to the 3D Secure. This is a legal requirement for all Dankort payments of over approx. 60 Euro.

As a customer you get a 2-year warranty after the item has been received. This means that you can either get the item repaired or exchanged or get your money back or the cost reduced, depending on the situation. This of course requires that the claim is warranted.
Claims are sent to Løbeshop.dk ApS, Gammel Sellingvej 1, 8370 Hadsten, Denmark. Claims will normally not be processed at once. Instead, they will be put into our normal flow of return items and claims. The item or the possible replacement item will be sent back after the process.
We do lay no claim to shipping methods, but we do recommend that you get a receipt when you send the item to Løbeshop.dk, so that you have proof that you sent the parcel, should it get lost in the mail. The same goes for using a print yourself return label by Løbeshop.dk.
We recommend that you contact Løbeshop.dk first, if you are claiming the warranty of a watch/GPS, to get a faster service.

To get a full refund for your item, the item must be returned in the same condition and amount as when it was received.
The single item must be returned in its original packaging.
The packaging is a significant part of the value of the item and is crucial for us to be able to sell it to another customer.
To use your right to return your item, you must therefore return the item in its original packaging. You may of course unpack the item to examine it but be careful with the original packaging when you unpack it. If the item is packed in hard, welded plastic or neutral plastic bags, envelopes, etc., then you do not need to return the item in its original packaging.
If the item is returned without return postage, then RunningXpert.com retains the right to deny receipt.
You must return your items within 180 days after you have received the items or tell RunningXpert.com that you wish to return them. After telling us, you have 14 days to return the items.
Regarding items with prints (club clothes) or specially made items, the right of cancellation is void insofar as the customer has actively accepted this before the start of the production.
Within the first 14 days of the right of cancellation, you can return the item even though it has been used. In this case you risk having to pay for a potential loss of value of the item. The loss of value is determined by RunningXpert.com and how much RunningXpert.com can make by reselling the item.
You are only liable to possible losses in value caused by other kinds of handling than what is required to determine the nature and abilities of the item and the how the item works. In other words, you can try the item in the same way that you would in a store.
If the item has been used in other ways than described, we determine it as a used item, which means that you only receive a part of or none of the sum in return, depending on the sales value of the item, when you return the item. To receive the full sum in return, you are allowed to do the same things as in a store. You can try the item but you may not use it.
It is up to the customer which way you return the item.
It is important that you ask for a receipt when you deliver the return parcel in your local post office. If you return an item without postage to RunningXpert.com, then it may take longer to service it, since we only receive parcels once a week.

If you use our online return service, then it is important that you include the note with the 9-digit return order number which was generated when you made the return order. You can access the return system under “my account”, if you were logged in as a customer when you made the order. If you did not make the order yourself or if you were not logged in when you shopped, then you can access the return system by clicking here.

Our ambition is always to change or return the sum when we open the returned package, so that you do not need to wait longer than is necessary to get your return processed.
Both when you want to exchange an item or get the sum back, you will receive a credit note per mail.
The credit note will say which item has been received and which item has possibly been sent back.
If a new item has been returned to you, it will be noted with a negative sign.
If you need your sum back, it will be transferred to your payment card. Expect the sum to have arrived in 2–10 weekdays.
