Delivery Information – UK
Delivery time for the UK is normally 4–6 working days.

Shipping days
Orders are shipped twice a week:

Order before 7:00 PM on Sunday to have your order shipped on Monday
Order before 7:00 PM on Wednesday to have your order shipped on Thursday

Tracking information
Please note: The first two scans relate to customs procedures. This means the parcel has not yet arrived in the UK.
You will see the third scan once the parcel has reached the UK.

VAT & taxes
VAT and taxes are included.

Delivery limitations
We do not ship to the Isle of Man, Jersey, or Guernsey.

Delays
We reserve the right to delays caused by the shipping company and during public holidays. 

Due to the Christmas holidays, orders will be shipped with DPD again from January 5.

Returns
If you use our return label from our website, a fee of £6.90 will be deducted from your refund.
