In which condition should the item be returned?

To get a full refund for your item, the item must be returned in the same condition and amount as when it was received.

The single item must be returned in its original packaging.

The packaging is a significant part of the value of the item and is crucial for us to be able to sell it to another customer.

To use your right to return your item, you must therefore return the item in its original packaging. You may of course unpack the item to examine it but be careful with the original packaging when you unpack it. 

Please do not put any tape, parcel labels or other material directly on the original packaging.

it is the customers responsibility that the item is returned to us properly. This means that the packaging of the product must be protected during transport. We reserve the right to charge a fee of 15 GBP if the item has not been protected in the return shipment and the packaging is damaged.

If you use the UPS return label provided by us, we advise you to use your local UPS Post office. It is VERY important you get proof of delivery, if you don't we cannot help you if your parcel gets lost in transit.

If the item is returned without return postage, then RunningXpert.com retains the right to deny receipt.
