The Garmin Forerunner 35 is a new super lightweight (only 37 gram) workout watch for those wanting ease of use in a smart workout watch. Forerunner 35 measures daily activities and keeps track of physical activity. It can be used while running (both outside and on the treadmill), cycling, fitness or during a brisk walk. The watch has a built-in heart rate monitor. 

EVERYTHING AT HAND WITH THE FR35  

The Garmin Forerunner 35 has a built-in optical sensor that measures the pulse through the wrist, doing away with the need for a wet heartrate monitor around the chest. The watch will sit snugly on your wrist ensuring optimal measurements. 

ADVANCED ACCELEROMETER 

If you train inside on a treadmill and cannot receive GPS signals, the watch automatically stores information regarding your running style and can calculate your speed and distance on the treadmill, based on the accelerometer reading. 

ACTIVITY MEASUREMENT 

The new design fits everyday use while measuring everyday activities. 

The Garmin Forerunner 35 also measures steps and converts them to distance while measuring calories burned. 

SMART FUNCTIONS DURING EXERCISING 

With standard Bluetooth features, the watch can be connected to a smartphone, allowing new smart features. 

You can now control music through the watch, so you can listen to your favorite songs during your workout, (your smartphone must be in close proximity). 

Upload your training data to Garmin Connect Mobile doing away with the need for Ant+ connectors and wires.
