Its built for speed and will provide the same powerful speed as its predecessor. Carbon X is suited both for training and competition, especially for competition thanks to the responsive carbon fibre plate design as well as the agressive Meta Rocker-technology.

Upper

Carbon X 2 is designed with a light and breathable mesh upper keeping your feet dry and comfortable throughout your run. In addition the shoe is manufactured with an anatomical design around the Achilles tendon providing better support and closure around the entire foot thanks to the lined tongue. 

Midsole

The PROFLY-midsole in Carbon X 2 contributes to providing a soft and padded landing as well as a more propulsive take-off. In addition the built-in carbon plate provides a more smooth transition during your run. 

Outsole

Hoka One One Carbon X 2 is designed with an EVA-rubber outsole to provide a light and soft contact with the surface as well as a more responsive shock absorption.
