MIDSOLE

The new Zoom Fly 3 has been updated with Nike’s light React foam, which provides incredibly soft and comfortable suspension.

With the built-in carbon fiber plate in the midsole, you get the feeling of a push toward the next step.

The carbon fiber plate and the React foam makes the shoe feel as a race shoe, but the shoe is designed for everyday use and all distances.

UPPER

Nike Zoom Fly 3 is designed with the new, thin, and incredibly light upper, which offers unparalleled ventilation, flexibility, and comfort.

The upper is made in a completely seamless design, ensuring perfect comfort.

The instep is closed, so that you experience the feeling of a race shoe and a great grip of your heel. On the inside, the heelcap is designed with two soft cushions, which allow the heel to have a great grip without being too tight around the rest of the heel.

OUTSOLE

The outsole on the Nike Zoom Fly 3 is designed with durable rubber on both the front foot and heel, which are the critical areas.

The outsole is inspired by the new Vapor Fly Next%.
