The new Saucony Triumph 18 is the successor to the very popular high-mileage  training shoe Triumph 17. Its a shoe which we really have been looking forward to introducing. Saucony Triumph 18 does not hold that many changes in comparison to Saucony Triump 17, but why make big changes in a shoe that works? The shock absorption in Saucony Triumph 18 is even softer than its predecessor which is a good thing. It does increase the weight but at the same time adds comfort. Saucony Triumph 18 is the perfect shoe for longer outings where comfort is essential. When you hold it, it might feel a little heavy but once you are on the road, it fels great.

UPPER

Saucony Triumph 18 emulates the success from Triumph 17 with its popular FORMFIT-material, which ensures a unique and luxurious sensation throughout your run. The tongue is not attached all the way down, so it is easily adjustable. In addition the mesh upper is incredibly breathable. The upper has a very soft cushion in the tongue so that it feels extremely comfortable. And at the same time the heel has additional cushioning which makes it even more comfortable. Its comfort all the way in Saucony Triumph 18.

MIDSOLE

The midsole PWRRUN+ makes for a great running experience. Its light, its soft and it is incredibly comfortable. In comparison to its predecessor Saucony Triumph 17, even more PWRRUN+ has been added to the midsole. This raises the stackheight to 2.5mm/24.5mm, which makes a normal drop of 8mm. The PWRRUN+ material - also used in previous editions - has a three times higher durability, its more flexible plus it is less sensitive to changes in temperature than the previous EVA material. PWRRUN+ is the gift that never stops giving.

OUTSOLE

New rubber outsole which cooperates perfectly with the geometrics of the new midsole. Its very durable and provides a great grip of the surface.
