Measure the length of your foot

Here's how you do it

  1. Place a piece of paper on the floor with one edge lined up against a wall.
  2. Then place your foot on top of the paper, with your heel lined up against the wall.
  3. Make a mark at your longest toe and then measure the distance from the mark to the edge of the paper.
  4. Then add 1 to 1.5 cm to your measured length (depending on how much room you want).
  5. Choose the length in the box below.

adidas Adizero Boston 13 is created for runners who want speed, stability, and comfort for both tempo and volume training. The shoe combines advanced technology from adidas' race models with a more robust platform, making it ideal for daily training and longer distances. The stack height is 36mm in the heel and 30mm in the forefoot, with a 6mm heel drop. 

Boston 13 is equipped with a midsole in two layers: the energy-filled Lightstrike Pro foam on top and the more stable Lightstrike 2.0 at the bottom. This combination provides both a dynamic feel and good support on long runs. In the midsole, you will also find ENERGYRODS 2.0 – stiff fiberglass rods that provide propulsion and reduce energy loss at take-off.

The upper is made of a breathable, partially recycled mesh material, ensuring a snug and locked fit without compromising ventilation. The updated Continental™ outsole provides reliable traction in both dry and wet conditions.
