Why own several different pairs of running shoes?
Variety is a good thing. Both when it comes to running shoes, terrain and types of running training.
But why is it a good idea?
We asked one of Denmark's best marathon runners, Thijs Nijhuis, about this.
Thijs has run a marathon at the World Cup in Doha, the Olympics in Tokyo and in Seville in 2020, where he set a personal record of 2 hours 10 minutes and 57 seconds. Thijs Nijhuis really is a very fast man. He's also an adidas athlete. For this reason, Thijs knows a great deal about which adidas shoes you should use in your running training.
