INTRO
Choosing the right running shoes can be a bit of a jungle. We all have different criteria and preferences when we are going to select our running shoes. At Loebeshop we review many running shoes. We do it, to provide you with the best conditions for choosing if a certain shoe is the right one for you.
At Løbeshop we encourage people to have more than one pair of running shoes. Its good to have more than one pair of running shoes as you mix up your workouts and the stress on your muscles and joints which can reduce injuries.
When we test a shoe, we usually put it on a shelf in the office, so we can use it for videos, etc. But sometimes we test a shoe which fits us so well that it goes into our own rotation of shoes. Therefore I have summoned everyone in the office to a talk on which 3 shoes is the current favorites of everyone. And today Lars is up.

Lars’ 3 shoes
Lars Ivar Henriksen is Content Creator at Løbeshop. He reviews a lot of shoes and puts together a lot of our videos. Lars runs for the joy of running. What motivates Lars is to get out in nature, clean his mind and get some exercise. He also runs exercise races once in a while but its not the races which are the driving force for Lars. When Lars selects running shoes he is focused on that they have to be light and fun. Lars runs best with a smile on his face.

Topo Athletic Specter is a running shoe which unites the latest technologies from the world of running and the classic Topo-shoe. Topo Ahletic Specter has a low heel drop of 5 mm as well as a footshaped fit providing great space for your toes. In addition the shoe has a Pebax core which is the core most often used for "super-shoes". The Pebax-foam is surrounded by EVA-foam which provides the shoe with a more stable platform. Saucony Endorphin Speed 3
Saucony Endorphin Speed 3 is a really versatile shoe. The shoe is originally suited for somewhat speedy runs - hence the name. But the shoe works really well regardless if you are going for intervals or jogging. The Saucony Endorpohin Speed 3 is equipped with a midsole of Sauconys super foam PWRRUN PB, and in addition the shoe has a nylon plate built into the midsole. The shoe has become a little bit softer compared to its predecessor Saucony Endorphin Speed 2, this is, however, just an upgrade and you don´t feel that you compromize with its responsiveness and agility which was always part of Endorphin Speed. New Balance FuelCell SuperComp Elite V3 NYC Edition
The shoe with the apt name has really taken Lars by storm. The shoe is designed with FuelCell in the midsole as well as a carbon plate. The shoe is actually a "super shoe, but Lars can use it for practically all kinds of running. If you want to jog, the shoe is optimal thanks to the soft FuelCell-foam and for racing the Energy Arc-technology (which includes the resilient carbon-plate) of the shoe is activated.
