05:00 am in the morning, most people are asleep. Peace and quite dominate. But in a small suburb of the danish city Aalborg, a woman is out and about running. This is not a one-off. The same scenario repeats itself every morning. Day in, day out. Summer, autumn, winter, spring.

When she arrives home from her run, her husband and children are getting up. When her children have to cycle to school, she runs next to them. Once they have been dropped off, she runs on to work. When she finishes work, she runs home. When she has to go grocery shopping, she doesn't take the car. Maybe you guessed it - yes, she run!

When her family head off on driving holiday to the south, she runs from Aalborg and meets her family at the Danish-German border (270 km).
